Topic: Congress is about to increase minimum wage. How will you or your company be affected? 

SURVEY METHODOLOGY:

This online survey was conducted the first two weeks in January, 2007. 

During that time, 456 emails were sent soliciting responses to the following questions:

No:  7%

Of the 93% that answered Yes:

How Will This Affect Your Company?

Ø      48.5% indicated it would Increase Labor Costs

Ø      48.5% indicated it would Increase Menu Prices

Ø      3% indicated it would Eliminate Overtime For Employees

Will This Affect Your Directly?

Ø      100% said No

How Will It Affect The level Of Management In Your Company?

Ø      83% said there would be no affect

Ø      17% said they will have to pay more for talent
