Topic: A noticeable trend to consolidate the number of managers per unit.

SURVEY METHODOLOGY:

This online survey was conducted the first two weeks in December, 2006. 

During that time, 486 emails were sent soliciting responses to the following questions:

      Are you encountering this trend?

      What in your opinion is contributing to this trend?
